Our Mission

The Hamilton Action Team (HAT) is a parent-run organization on a mission to support Hamilton Fine & Performing Arts School through a wide variety of activities including fundraising, community building and outreach. Our goal is to help promote and foster our "Work Hard, Play Fair, Take Care of Each Other" motto. HAT is a registered not-for-profit 501(c)(3).


What We Do

  • Fundraising & Sponsorship

    For school improvements student needs, expanded technology, supplementing student fees and important community spaces.

  • Community Building

    Events for parents and students including middle school dances, kindergarten play dates, new family socials and parent happy hours.

  • Outreach & Service

    All HAT events are organized and managed by parent volunteers. Everyone is welcome and we can’t wait to work with you.

2024-2025 HAT BOARD

HAT is organized and run by parent volunteers. The Board is elected and Committee Chairs are appointed annually in May. Meetings are held the third Wednesday of the month and all are invited to participate.

The HAT Board works closely with the Hamilton Administration to determine the needs of the school and provide support through fundraising and community events.
